How long is the minimum contract period?

The minimum contract period is 3 months. After that, the contract can be terminated at the end of any month. Any details regarding termination will be specified in the offer or contract.

Who provides the cleaning agents and materials?

In private households, the customer generally provides the cleaning agents, equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaner), and cloths. For office cleanings, the provision of cleaning agents and materials is done by arrangement – depending on requirements, either by the customer or by Putz24.ch for a fee.

Is there a replacement during vacations or illness?

Yes. If your dedicated cleaner is unavailable, Putz24.ch will organize a suitable replacement if possible. You always retain us as your central point of contact – scheduling is handled through our system.

How is billing handled and when do I have to pay?

Billing is based on the actual hours worked at the agreed hourly rate. You will usually receive a monthly collective invoice from Putz24.ch, conveniently via email, with a payment deadline according to the offer or contract.

In which regions is Putz24.ch available?

We are active in large parts of Switzerland. Through our configurator, we automatically check whether a team or a cleaner is already available in your postal code region. If not, we will contact you with individual feedback.
